VE3RD 2.4″ Nextion Screen

Features – 2.4″ Screen

  1. 10 Profiles a) Toggle to scroll through ten profiles, and a screen to list what each profile will do,
  2. DMRGateway Control, Set Startup Network,Logging Options

  4. ModeHang control – 10 main mode hang parameters

  6. CrossMode Control via profile, or screen (DMR2YSF,DMR2NXDN,YSF2DMR,YSF2NXDN,YSF2P25)
  7. Screen to set/change cross mode targets
  8. Screen Calibrator
  9. Info Screen software version numbers
  10. Flash Screen allows loading screens by either EA7KDO  or  VE3RD
  11. DMR Voice Control – Requires the VE3RD DMRGateway-1

Installation

Log into Pi-Star via SSH

type

rpi-rw

sudo git clone https://github.com/ve3rd/Nextion

cd ./Nextion

sudo ./gitcopy.sh NX3224K024 VE3RD

go to the flash page on your screen and press FLASH

or if this is a new install with neither EA7KDO or VE3RD screens loaded try the command line flash
cd /home/pi-star/Scripts
sudo ./flash2.sh
(It should locate your NX*.tft file, accept it and press OK/Enter

Updates can be done using  the [Get RD] Button on the Flash Screen
It will notify you when ready to flash (approx 10 seconds)
